20 years of stoke
young mountain team building

20 years deserve to be celebrated

In the 2002/2003 winter season, a team of highly motivated specialists built the first official QPark in the Alpine republic, heralding a new era in freestyle and facility construction. From then on, snowparks were no longer just built by pros for pros, but were made accessible to a wider audience by specialists in facility construction.

A few years later, the Shape Academy became the first training and professional development institution to turn the vocation of shaping into a profession. The career path from shaper to technical manager was born. In addition to QParks, other types of facilities such as Funslopes, Funcross, Snowcastles, Playgrounds and QRides in summer were created. In addition to the Shape Academy, all these facilities are also rounded off by the Office Armada in the departments of marketing, HR, sales, etc., forming the young mountain.

20 years of development and team spirit deserve to be celebrated. That's why the core team went to the wonderful Ötztal for three days of outdoor team building to celebrate this anniversary as well as the Stoke. Our founders Andi, Jürgen and Paul celebrated 20 years of "Creating Fun Mountains" together with the technical managers, regional managers and the rest of the core team.
