With over 250 dedicated member and instructors, there is no comparable size in snow and facility construction worldwide, quite like the Shape Academy. We join forces to ensure a high quality of the brands QParks, Funslope, Funcross, Snowcastles, Playgrounds and QRides.
The Shape Academy is the outdoor office in the Alps.

The Shape Academy is part of the Young Mountain Network.
The young mountain marketing gmbh was founded in 2002 by Jan, Paul, Jürgen and Andi. The passionate snowboarders wanted to make their excitement for winter sports accessible and experienceable for others. From the first professionally built snowpark-project at Montafon to brand-new concepts like the Funslopes or Funcross to jaw-dropping snow constructions like the Snowcastles – the innovative spirit and the high-quality standards of Young Mountain grow with every challenge faced.
The vision of the Young Mountain grew on to be a company that offers its employees professional long-term job perspectives. Thus, our clients can expect a reliable, competent and tireless partner by their side. As a full-service agency, we cover everything from the design and maintenance of the Fun Mountain to its marketing. Here, the Shape Academy provides the specialized workforce and Young Mountain Media takes care of target-group-oriented marketing solutions.
